The current model of living is not sustainable at any level of Economy, Environment or Happiness.

We need a new ecosystem that is sustainable and addresses all the concerns and does not idealize one at the detriment of the others. This ecosystem will utilize Glogreen Global solutions (next generation of real estate development, a new way to (re)build our cities) and RhIZOMA Network (the future economy based on a blockchain designed to allow everyone a direct access to any knowledge and technology real time) And RhIZO money, pegged to the cities built by Glogreen Global solutions (proof of real estate) and backed by its revenues.

Our Goal

To be able to build quality buildings (residential, commercial and industrial) at their real cost as fast as the technology allows it.
This will happen in every community in the world, utilizing local materials and local work forces, recycled materials, passive and renewable energy.

This new building process will have at his core the need to solve some of society’s problems:
Humans – such as displacement, homelessness, gentrification, etc.
Environmental – such as our impact on earth, our impact with nature, our place in the world…
Economical – the opportunity of generational wealth, a peaceful and fair exchange and a money that is not dependent on inflation or separated by borders. An economy which is not based on scarcity but organic abundance.

What is our model

We offer a factory to Real-estate developers all over the world. A Tool that can build organic cities.

Licensed factories that a developer can use to build up to 1 million square meter (about 10 million sq ft) of real estate per year with local materials & labor. At a price really affordable without compromising strength, quality of living and sustainable impact.

Our location

Each factory license will entitle developers to build real estate within a 100 mile radius. It is a tool designed to rebuild sustainable communities. To create local employment and reduce the impact of de-localization.
By eliminating the inefficiencies at every level of a real-estate construction, we can impact the construction, allow the factories to buy the materials locally as much as possible and offer “not prevailing wages, not living wages” but thriving wages.

We have created a licensing business model with at its core a factory that can build turn-key real-estate up to 75% cheaper and one fifth of the time of construction. Every factory will be able to build up to 10 million sq ft of any type of building (residential, commercial and industrial) with freedom of design.
Our business model is to offer those manufacturers to big developers (Toll Brothers type) for 2 main reasons:
First because, they are at the end of the chain of real-estate, everyone else (architects, engineers and contractors are middle men that just add costs and insecurities to the projects). Each factory will be the architects, engineers and contractors building “at cost”. Which it saves from the get go about 40%. And we haven’t added the technology yet.
Second, to sustain a 10 million sq ft production, you need people that can produce over $150M of real-estate per year in the conventional world.

The goal of this factory is to build cities by using local people and local material, and being able to implement any new technology out in the world that can help solve sustainability, quality of living and economic issues.
